Hello, it is the Hobbs family again! Just wanted to give you
another update on our precious angel. Poppy is one happy go lucky little
fellow!! I went home early yesterday not feeling well and he happily
curled up with me in bed, never moving until I went to get up a few
hours later. Again last night he was unfazed by the other two pups in
our house and made sure everyone knew that he wanted only to be close
to us. If he is being held, he is fine. When we put him down, he will
follow us like a little shadow and pounce on us until he is picked up.
He cries if we persist in walking away without him. This was specifically
the type of puppy my husband wanted most, one who would bond with him
and be loving and affectionate above all other things. Your kennel was
the cleanest we have seen and we have been to many over the years. You
cared for your dogs, knew them by name, and they all responded to your
commands, assuring us that you care for them consistently every day.
Our experience in picking out a puppy who not only looked as we had
hoped, but who also exceeded our hopes in personality was the best experience
we have ever had with a breeder. I will highly recommend your kennel
to anyone who wants a well bred, extremely loving, self confident miniature
dachshund puppy.
Here
are some pictures of Poppy from our daughter’s 4th birthday party
on Nov. 20th (hence the blue bow he has on!). He has been an absolute
joy to have around. He is so much fun to play with and so loving. Our
other mini-dachshund ruled the house but now that Poppy is here he seems
to be putting Stretch in his place. Poppy adored all of the children
at Sophie’s party.
We
can’t believe how fast he is growing. He already looks bigger
than this, and he is wiring so beautifully! The tuft of blonde on his
head is really standing out and his legs and back have the pretty long
wheaton hairs all over. He fits in our family so well, we know we will
be back for another some day!!
Sincerely,
Kristina Hobbs
